How long does a range hood last?

An appropriately maintained range hood can last up to 10 years. It does not last as long as other appliances do, as intensive cooking and grease and heat caused by it can cause serious issues. 

What do you charge for one-time range hood repair?

It all depends. Our visiting technician will find out the problem you are dealing with and based on his diagnosis will provide an accurate quote on repair which will include part and labor costs. Once you approve the quote there will be no extra. Otherwise, the visit and the diagnosis would cost you a $75 service fee.

The light on the range good does not go on?

The range hood lights mostly don’t go on if there is a problem with the control board or electric circuit. You can also check if the bulbs have burned out, then you can simply replace them with the same wattage bulb.
