How long does a range last?

While gas ranges tend to last an average of 15 years, electric ones average about 13. To maintain your range or stove, be sure to clean them regularly.

What do you charge for one-time range repair?

It all depends. Our visiting technician will find out the problem you are dealing with and based on his diagnosis will provide an accurate quote on repair which will include part and labor costs. Once you approve the quote there will be no extra. Otherwise, the visit and the diagnosis would cost you a $75 service fee.

My stove is not turning on, how can I fix it?

It is quite a common issue that might occur if you did not plug in properly or there might be an issue with your burner(s). We recommend you to call the Subzero and Viking Repair Services, a professional appliance repair company for the job to troubleshoot this issue.

The oven door of the range does not close properly, what shall I do?

The door of the oven cannot be calibrated. If the door does not close properly and warm air escapes during operation of the oven, the door hinge or counter bearing is often defective and must be replaced.

How long does the repair process last?

It all depends on what kind of problem your range/stove has been causing. It may be from 30 minutes to a 2-hour repair job.

Will your technicians repair my appliance on the same day?
